I help people change their relationship with anxiety and find their unique road map to calm.

Why does it seem like so many people can control their thoughts, but you just can’t? With so much going on in the world right now, the politics, the unrest, a national pandemic - it seems like the chaos is inescapable. You find yourself getting stuck in worry, ruminating about what’s going to happen in the next hour, that thing you have to do for work, that assignment coming due, something a friend said to you last week, something you said to someone three years ago, your finances, your health...and on and on. Sometimes you don’t even know what you’re worrying about. You get anxiety about getting anxiety. You can sometimes find enough things to distract yourself, the busyness of a day, but it’s the quiet moments that feel most vulnerable, when your thoughts start to rev up for a takeover.

Anxiety is like a low hum, always kind-of there even when it’s not. It’s an endless feedback loop that sometimes it blooms into an event, something assertive. Sometimes it even slides into an undeniable sense of panic.

You’ve tried some things to take control over the anxiety, but nothing seems to work. This is where I come in. I know it sounds weird to say, but anxiety is my Thing. It is my passion. Did you know that highly anxious people are usually also highly intelligent (presumably because smart people find more things to worry about)?

We all have peace inside of us. Often things obscure this peace and we lose our ability to access it. I love helping highly intelligent, busy-minded people like you find these access points to calm. (Hint: you can’t just think your way out of it!)

Contact me today if you are ready to take back control over your thoughts, change your relationship with anxiety, and find your access points to calm.
